• On receipt of complaint, DT PM LLP will endeavour to resolve the complaint with 30 days of its receipt, subject to all the information required to redress the complaint is provided.
• In case the query remains unresolved for a period of 30 days from its being raised by the clients the next point of escalation would be the Compliance Officer.
• In case the investor is not satisfied with the redressal of the Portfolio Manager or otherwise the investor may lodge the complaint on SEBI’s web-based redressal system on SCORES

• If the complaint/ grievance/ dispute remains unresolved as per the timelines prescribed for the SCORES Portal i.e. 21 calendar days, or if the investor is not satisfied with the action taken, the investor may escalate the same through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal. A common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) which harnesses online conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market has been established.
• SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/145 dated July 31, 2023 (updatedby SEBI from time to time) provides for “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market”.
